Luz Select Real Estates... Can we do it again?
Back in 2005 Evanto designed a website for Luz Select Real Estate in the Algarve Portugal. The site surpassed their expectations.
Offering a property search, full listings, and full property details, the site full filled their need, but the extensive Content Management System gave them a great way to keep this up to date and manage all the properties.
The website quickly helped the new business to establish a strong foothold in the Algarve property business, making them one of the most popular in the area and also for overseas buyers.
At the 2007 International Property Awards, the site picked up the five star award for Best Real Estate Agency Website in Portugal for "their user friendly website".
We build all our sites to be user friendly and to the best possible standard we can, we are always proud of our work and were pleasantly surprised by the news.
Evanto also helped develop and manage Luz Select's branding and marketing, for which they also achieved Best Real Estate Marketing in Portugal. This was no easy feat, as the Algarve alone has some stiff competition in the Real Estate business. We were confident that the work we had done with them would stand out from the rest, and help them gain the recognition they deserved... and so it did!
Now with web technologies and internet styles changing Luz Select felt the time had come to revamp their 5 year old website. We are pleased to work on this project again, as we have big ideas pushing their site forward, For example increasing their traffic through improved SEO, adding new usability functions and features.
We are confident that the new site will be stronger and better than the old, and who knows, hopefully a lot more awards!
